They line up all of the survivors from the van (Rick, Carl, Glenn, Maggie, Michonne, Rosita, Aaron, Eugene, Abraham) telling them that Negan wants revenge for the Saviors who were killed. Without Rick's consent, Negan imposes a binding deal: everything that belongs to the Alexandria Safe-Zone now belongs to the Saviors.

Stopped on the road by a group of Saviors, Abraham, Sasha, and Daryl are forced to give up their weapons. They are told that their property now belongs to Negan.The group leader has one of the henchmen take Daryl to the back of the fuel truck to begin a thorough search, while continuing his attempts to intimidate Abraham and Sasha into revealing the location of Alexandria.
After Daryl angrily punches Negan in retaliation, he then kills Glenn in the same manner. After Negan and the Saviors leave Abraham and Glenn's corpses are loaded onto a truck Maggie and Sasha take to Hilltop. Rick then hallucinates an idealistic lifestyle in Alexandria with everyone, Abraham and Glenn included, eating dinner together.
We're still trying to figure out who Negan killed in Season 6 and now we'll have a couple good guesses of who it is.
Amidst her grief, she is also forced to watch Negan severely kill Glenn in the same manner, after Daryl recklessly punched Negan to avenge Abraham. After Negan leaves, Rosita comforts Sasha, amidst her grief as they and Eugene carry Abraham's corpse to a truck while the others carry Glenn's corpse to the truck so they can be buried at Alexandria.
