The main purpose of this page is to list the current standard time offsets of different countries, territories and regions. The UTC offset is the difference in hours and minutes between Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and the standard time at a particular place. [1] This difference is expressed with respect to UTC and is generally shown in the format ±[hh]:[mm] , ±[hh][mm] , or ±[hh] .
UTC+00:00 is an identifier for a time offset from UTC of +00:00. This time zone is the basis of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and all other time zones are based on it. In ISO 8601, an example of the associated time would be written as 2069-01-01T12:12:34+00:00. It is also known by the following geographical or historical names:
Standard Time (SDT) and Daylight Saving Time (DST) offsets from UTC in hours and minutes. For zones in which Daylight Saving is not observed, the DST offset shown in this table is a simple duplication of the SDT offset. The UTC offsets are based on the current or upcoming database rules.
