I have a brand new Windows 11 based computer and it will not allow me to install Adobe Photoshop. It says that Photoshop can't work with Windows 11 due to S Mode. Will Adobe create a version of Photoshop to work with Windows 11 S Mode? Adobe Photoshop is one of my favorite apps and I don't really want to loose it.

Thank you for the link. I have looked over the FIPS mode changes. I understand that I can not use any documents that have been created using Password Enabled Security measures. I am trying to find out if there is a way to sign this document (I believe the answer is no if FIPS is enabled due to the Password Security).
In File explorer, navigate to the Acrobat.exe or AcroRdr.exe, right-click Properties. Tab: Compatibility. Some old installations being updated-over repeatedly, have kept the Windows 7 compatibility flag. Newer installations do not have any compatibility settings for these EXEs.
TIA to anyone who may have better insight on what's happening with XD. The app is discontinued. Maintenance mode means it can be downloaded ( provided you have the proper CC plan), and they have a couple of employees who can do some account magic as needed.
Help! I'm unable to find where or how to choose blending modes for an object. I've looked in the appearances pane > in the fx dropdown menu > I'm unable to find blending modes anywhere. I'm particularily interested in finding the "multiply" blending mode. Is this even an option in Illustrator CC 2019. Please advise. Thank you.
