Gamespot reviews are longer but actually quite void of the info I am looking for in a review. I recommend gggmanlives, ranton, ACG for recent releases. joseph anderson, matthewmatosis, raycevick, whitelight, errant signal, super bunnyhop, jack trust for more in-depth reviews of recent or older games.

So yes, perfectly legit. (and I got it on an insane discount of $19.99) The vendor has holiday sales, and competes with the grey market key vendors. It is 100% illegitimate. It was either bought using a stolen credit card, or sold illegally as a part of a bulk license agreement.
Many people gave Tony Hawk 3 perfect and near-perfect scores because, honestly, it was about as good of a skateboarding game as possible at the time, and still the best game in its genre. Soulcalibur falls under the same category. Jeff also lobbied for days to give Ocarina of Time GameSpot's first perfect score.

Gamespot has become the review I identify with the most. Their reviews are detailed and comprehensive doing the best job at balancing all aspects of the game. They're also usually tough reviewers and when they give a game a 9 or 10 it usually signals a distinct level of quality.
One thing that I pieced together from the various reviews is that some said that there was the typical "impending doom, fix this quick or we're fucked!" main quest, which makes it weird that you are doing side jobs. And other reviews said that cyberware and things are really expensive and that the good skills etc are buried deep in the skill trees.
Like I said, unless there’s some controversy before release. Chris, floaty parkour, Denuvo, probably knocked the score down a bit so they don’t get ravaged by critics within the fan base. They play it safe and appeal to the fan base. Ie. giving rockstar games 10s, high cyberpunk score despite it being broken and missing promises features.
I played gamespot review video and they spoiled the game's ending in the first 10 seconds. I am distraught. How can someone be so incompetent. This is the second time in my life I've played gamespot video and the first time they had major spoilers for the game as well. Just a heads up for fellow gamers, stay away from gamespot. Rant over.
Most of their reviews are done by people who played a given game for a few hours only without even finishing it. I read IGN reviews of games I've finished from time to time and more often than not, they complain about things that are clearly not true (which I know since I've played a given game), mention something not working when it is etc.
