Have you tried to use 192.168.0.1 that is what your default gateway is showing on your ip config. Also you may want to try to connect to the modem by being directly connected to the modem via ethernet rather than using wireless. DarrenM
192.168.1.1 is the default login path of many routers, some of which are 192.168.0.1. The login paths of different models are different. For example, I have tp link archer ax90 and the default login path is 192.168.1.1. If you use netgear router maybe the same or maybe different.

However, it doesn't re-start the hub (the light of the Hub remains solid white) and the webpage sits there with a spinning wheel indefinitely. When I refresh the browser or close / re-open the browser and type in 192.168.0.1 it goes back to the same First Install Wizard, not the settings page.
