I agree. The Battery is the promenade along South Battery from King St. to East Battery and then up East Battery to about Longitude Lane. White Point Gardens is sometimes called Battery Park. But, Battery Park is never, ever used to refer to the street of houses along the harbor. It is not ever clear what this article is supposed to be about.
