The 2008 Hard Justice was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion that took place on August 10, 2008 at the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, New Jersey. It was the fourth event under the Hard Justice name and the eighth event in the 2008 TNA PPV schedule.
In mid-August the tour took a two-month break off.
