Paul K. Guillow, Inc., commonly known as Guillow's, is an American manufacturer of balsa wood model aircraft kits. The company was founded by Paul K. Guillow in 1926 in Wakefield, Massachusetts , and was originally called NuCraft Toys.
K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen was a Cajun and Creole restaurant in the French Quarter owned by Paul Prudhomme that closed in 2020. [1] [2] Prudhomme and his wife Kay Hinrichs Prudhomme opened the restaurant in 1979. The restaurant is “credited with helping put New Orleans on the culinary map” and popularizing Cajun cuisine. [3]

The House at 90 Prospect Street in Wakefield, Massachusetts, is one of three houses in the family compound of Elizabeth Boit.Built in 1913, the compound of which this house is a part is the only estate of one of Wakefield's major industrial figures to survive.
