Kevin Tighe (/ t aɪ ɡ /; [1] born Jon Kevin Fishburn; August 13, 1944) is an American actor who has worked in television, film, and theater since the late 1960s. He is best known for his character, firefighter-paramedic Roy DeSoto, on the 1972–1977 NBC series Emergency! Tighe was cast in his first major film as an extra in 1967's The Graduate.
