Eastpoint Mall (Chinese: 东福坊) is a shopping mall located in Simei, Singapore beside Simei MRT station. It was formerly known for its wide selection of educational and enrichment centres and its pet shop (The Pet Safari), which was once the largest in Asia. The mall is owned by NTUC Income, and is managed by Frasers Property. [1]
JCPenney came to the mall in 1974. [3] In 1981, a Record Bar store opened at the mall. [4] The Hutzler's store closed in 1984 [5] and became a food court in 1991, [6] while Sears was also added. [7] Value City and Value City Furniture later split the old Hochschild Kohn's building. Ames was also added as an anchor, later becoming Steve & Barry's.
East Point City (Chinese: 東港城) is a private housing estate and shopping centre in Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, near the Hang Hau MTR station.
