The plan was to build: 6 semi-detached houses, 259 row houses, 28 semi-detached two-flat houses, 84 row two-flat houses for a total of 377 houses. Only 257 of the 377 homes were built. The remaining homes were scheduled to be built in the area where the field and parking lot are now located.
