The Spring Hill Historic District of Sandwich, Massachusetts, is a rural and residential historic district reflecting the area's long history. The district includes the Wing Fort House, one of the oldest wood-frame houses in North America, and the site of the first Quaker meeting in the New World.

The Fort House is now a museum, privately operated by the Wing Family of America, Inc. It is located at 69 Spring Hill Road (off of Route 6a), East Sandwich, Massachusetts. The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from June 15 to September 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and by appointment during the remainder of the year.
Sandwich is bordered by Cape Cod Bay to the north, Barnstable to the east, Mashpee and Falmouth to the south, and Bourne to the west. It is approximately 57 miles (92 km) south-southeast of Boston. The Benjamin Nye Homestead is a historic house museum in Sandwich, Massachusetts.The earliest portion of the 2.5-story timber-frame house was built in 1678 by Benjamin Nye, and has remained in the hands of his descendants for most of the time since then.
The house was home to a restaurant for many years, and was prominently visible from Interstate 95 in Newton. The property was taken by the state by eminent domain in 2003. The state sold the house for $1, provided the purchasers paid to move it. The house was deconstructed and rebuilt on Old Sudbury Road in Lincoln, Massachusetts, in 2005. [2]

The only significant commercial properties in the district are located on Jarves Street, which is also where the separately-listed John and Mary Waterman Jarves House is located.
