Saint Francis University (SFU, formerly Caritas Institute of Higher Education from 2011 to January 2024) is a private university in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. The institute was established by Caritas Hong Kong in 1985, and is able to award bachelor's degree or below.
Saint Francis College was established in 1847 by six Franciscan teaching Brothers from Mountbellew, Ireland, who had been given land in Loretto by Michael O'Connor, the first Bishop of Pittsburgh, to establish a school.
