Jamieson Stadium is a stadium located on the campus of Grimsley High School in Greensboro, North Carolina. It opened in 1949 and was constructed largely from private funding sources. [ 1 ] It was a dream of -- and named for -- Coach Bob Jamieson, who coached at Greensboro High (later renamed Grimsley) from 1933-1975.

James Benson Dudley Senior High School and Gymnasium was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. [ 2 ] The school was central to the 1969 Greensboro uprising when school officials refused to recognize the validity of a write-in candidate for student council , allegedly due to his activism in the Black Power movement.
The South Carolina High School League (SCHSL) is an organization that regulates high school sports in South Carolina. Each year since 1916, the SCHSL has crowned a state champion in football. Every fall, a postseason consisting of a 32 school bracket is played to determine a winner. The divisions for football are based on school enrollment.
The 1980, 1983, 1985 & 2011 Page High School Varsity Football Team won the 4AA State Championship. The football players of the 1984 / 1985 State Champion football team were all inducted into the NC Football Hall Of Fame in 2010. Page High School won two State Championships in Wrestling 1969 and 1970.
