The shopping mall comprises 35,000 m 2 (380,000 sq ft) [1] of shopping space, 90 shops and a tower with apartments. It is one of the biggest downtown shopping centres in Belgium.

They could play with matricule n°19 and the new name was KV Kortrijk. Early 2000's KV Kortrijk dropped to the third division. In 2001 they went bankrupt but managed to finish the season.
