If you have a private server, when you open Roblox, and go to the game blox fruits, click on the servers tab and then click join on the private server. If your spawn was set in the second sea then it will load. If your spawn was set in the first sea just go to the experienced captain and go to the new world.

According to blox fruit wikipedia, private servers can only spawn 2 devil fruits and you have to rejoin your private server (which i havent really tried yet). Devil fruits on the other hand, it spawns every 1 hour and despawn in 20 minutes. You can check it on blox fruit game just scroll down a little and you will see those notes.
