Comcast has horrific customer service. I have been with Comcast for 7 years and will terminate my account at the end of this year. I transferred my service on 9/28/23 and still cannot get customer service to give me accurate information, such as what is my current account number!
Why is Xfinity customer service so incredibly POOR and horrible? Problems started June 1st and after 9 tech support visits, supervisor visits, 9 cable cards, advanced repair team tickets, poor overseas support and script reading and the problem is still not resolved.
Customer service for Xfinity seems to have become of a maze of redundancy, one in which it is impossible to obtain continuity in service, one with conditions which require the customer to repeat the process over and over just to resolve one issue.

Terrible customer service experiences. I have been a customer of Xfinity (mostly internet) for over 12 years and while service performance is good, the customer support and experience is beyond terrible. By design, it is made impossible to connect to a person to get help.
I ordered the Xfinity internet service online in 12/2022. My order got canceled for no particular reason. Then I called their customer service line on 01/17/2023 to order again. The customer service representative whose name is Arthur helped me with the order.
