With the Turtle Beach Audio Hub running, connect both your headset (via its included USB cable) and the transmitter to separate USB ports on the computer. Make sure the headset is powered on and paired to the transmitter. The Audio Hub will recognize the headset and transmitter are connected, and will automatically search for an update.
Once the headset and mobile device are paired via Bluetooth, open the Turtle Beach Audio Hub app. On the first screen you see, there will be a "Get Connected" option. Tap this option, and wait for the app to connect with the headset. Once the headset and app connect, you will see the Turtle Beach Audio Hub's home page.
To manually re-pair your Stealth 500, Stealth 600 Gen 3, Stealth 700 Gen 3, or Atlas Air transmitter with your headset, please do the following: First, put the transmitter into the pairing mode. To do so: Insert the USB Wireless transmitter into your PC or console until the LED lights up, then remove it within 2-3 seconds.
BLUETOOTH. The Stealth 600 Gen 3 will enter Bluetooth pairing mode when powered on. If no Bluetooth connection is made within two minutes, pairing mode will stop.

The serial number for the Atlas Air can be found by gently undoing and pulling back the Velcro strip on the left side of the headset. This process -- and an example serial number -- is shown in the images below. Locate the Velcro tab on the inside of the headband. Gently undo that Velcro, and pull that Velcro strap under and through the headband.
