Tyrone Forge is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Blair County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census. [2] The CDP is in northeastern Blair County, in the southeastern part of Snyder Township.
The township completely surrounds the borough of Tyrone. The unincorporated communities of Grazierville (bordering the south side of Tyrone), Gray, Nealmont, Tyrone Forge, Ironville, Northwood (bordering the northeastern side of Tyrone), Vail, Olivia, and Bald Eagle are in the township, and Charlottsville is on the southern border.
As of the census [7] of 2000, there were 2,273 people, 785 households, and 616 families residing in the township. The population density was 105.9 inhabitants per square mile (40.9/km 2).
