Orland Park Place, formerly Orland Court, is a shopping center in Orland Park, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, United States. Built in 1981 and 1982, as an enclosed shopping mall, it was largely unsuccessful on this front, and was redeveloped into a largely outdoor mall in 1999. The mall is owned and managed by Pine Tree LLC. [2]
Orland Square (also referred to as Orland Square Mall) is a shopping mall located in Orland Park, Illinois. It is the second largest mall in the Chicago Southland, the south and southwest suburbs of Chicago, covering an area of 1,229,884 sq ft (114,260.0 m 2). It opened on March 15, 1976 and received major renovations in 1995. [3]
The mall has a gross leasable area of 272,000 sq ft (25,300 m 2). [1] The Promenade at Sagemore has nearly one mile of frontage on Route 73 in Evesham Township at about a mile south of Route 70. The mall is 3.5 mi (5.6 km) south of the New Jersey Turnpike via Route 73 and 3.5 mi (5.6 km) from Interstate 295.
