The article name must change to Windows Notepad. This product is "Windows Notepad" basically everywhere. It's called that since 2001; even 1994. The rename (from "Notepad") to "Notepad (Windows)" on 2009-07-21 was a belated improvement. The rename to "Notepad (software)" on 2010-06-29 was a mistake.
