Promenade Temecula, formerly The Promenade in Temecula, is an enclosed shopping mall in Temecula, California.Opened on October 27, 1999, its anchor tenants are J. C. Penney, Macy's which occupies two anchor spots: Macy's North (which was a former Robinsons-May) and Macy's South (which preceded North), Round One Entertainment, Edwards Cinema, and Dick's Sporting Goods.

In November 2006, Cousins sold the mall to Stoltz Real Estate Partners of Pennsylvania for $95.7 million. Stolz polled the community for a new name for the mall in February 2008, with the winning name being The Promenade on the Peninsula, which it was renamed in March 2008. Borders went bankrupt and closed its Palos Verdes store February 2011. [1]
The mall's first tenants included Sears Canada and Eaton's. In February 2016, the mall's owner Cadillac Fairview announced that it had put the Promenade up for sale. [4] As of April 20, 2017, Promenade Shopping Centre was purchased by Promenade General Partner Inc., a business formed by the Serruya family and Liberty Development Corporation.
