I first noticed this when searching google maps and google provided different post codes .. and checking with https://auspost.com.au/postcode shows the same. For example, Paringi is noted as having the post code of 3500, suggesting QLD but is actually NSW ... but according to auspost the postcode is now 2738 https://auspost.com.au/postcode ...
