    I have never heard of ‘Baby Neill (or Neil) Constant’ for a BNC connector either and can find no reference to support it. Even Google returns nothing whatsoever, whereas there are thousands of hits for ‘Bayonet-Neill-Concelman’, though I did stop counting after the first ten pages. I suggest that you drop this.
