The Hills have cooperated with the county in allowing the land around the house to be used as a park, and the Orange County Farmers' Museum. It and their house are open 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on weekends between mid-May and early October (actual dates vary each year). Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children.
The Orange County Agricultural and Nikkei Heritage Museum is located on the grounds of the Arboretum and Botanical Garden at Cal State Fullerton, and highlights the region's agricultural history, as well as the contributions of the local Japanese American community and other pioneering farmers.

The museum was later renamed to the Discovery Museum of Orange County in 1985. From 1987 to 2001, the operators of the museum and the Discovery Cube Orange County (then the Discovery Science Center) merged, although they split and the Science Center was renamed in 2001. Also in 1987, the citrus grove and rose gardens were first planted.
