U.S. Route 11E (US 11E) is a divided highway of US 11 in the U.S. states of Tennessee and Virginia.The United States Numbered Highway, which is complemented by US 11W to the north and west, runs 120.94 miles (194.63 km) from US 11, US 11W, and US 70 in Knoxville, Tennessee, north and east to US 11, US 11W, US 19, and US 421 in Bristol, Virginia.
The route comes to an intersection with SR 131 and then I-140 (Pellissippi Parkway). In Downtown Knoxville, the routes intersect with US 129. US 11 and US 70 split east of Knoxville, and split into US 11E and US 11W. US 11W goes through Rutledge, Bean Station, Rogersville, and Kingsport.
State Route 11 is mostly a primary highway, except for in Pulaski, where it turns secondary between US 64 and US 31. SR 11 is also secondary through the entirety of Rutherford County according to TDOT Functional Classification Map. Finally, SR 11 is secondary throughout Davidson County, from around I-440 to US 41, where it turns primary once again.
