M3 is the third studio album by American heavy metal band Mushroomhead. It was released independently in 1999 on their own label. This was the final studio album with JJ Righteous and Dinner as band members. The album, alongside Mushroomhead and Superbuick, was reissued with alternate artwork in 2002.

"Solitaire Unraveling" is the only song from the album to have a music video produced, which was directed by Dean Karr. The video is set in a Southern California airplane hangar and shows the band in specially designed masks.
