India International Science Festival (IISF) is an initiative of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Earth Science of the Government of India in association with India's Science movement Vijnana Bharati with Swadeshi spirit led by eminent scientists of India.

Vikas Divyakirti was born on 26 December 1973 in Bhiwani, Haryana.He completed his early schooling in Hindi medium at Halwasia Vidhya Vihar. After completing his schooling, he studied at Zakir Husain Delhi College, pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (honors) degree.
