The Reginald Sinclaire House, at 6154 Perry Park Rd. in Larkspur, Colorado, was built in 1932.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. [1]It was a home of Reginald Sinclaire (b.1893), an aviator who is a member of the Colorado Aviation Hall of Fame.
In 1870 John D. Perry, president of the Kansas Pacific Railroad, visited Colorado and purchased the 4,000-acre (16 km 2) "Pleasant Park" that would eventually be named Perry Park. Mr. Mr. Perry's son, Charles, became a permanent resident of the ranch and raised short-horn cattle in the area until his death in 1876.
