Chennai Contract Carriage Bus Terminus is a bus terminus located in Chennai, in close proximity to Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G.R. Bus Terminus. It caters to intercity contract carriage privately run buse services. It was inaugurated in August 2003. [1]
The terminus is operated by Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority and has six platforms in three bus fingers with 180 bus bays. It is an integrated bus terminus for mofussil buses operated by TNSTC, SETC, KSRTC, KSRTC SWIFT and contract carriage buses. The terminus is connected to other parts of the Chennai Metropolitan Area and suburbs by MTC buses.
