KwaDukuza, previously known as Stanger, is a town in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.In 2006, the municipal name was changed to KwaDukuza (which incorporates towns such as Stanger, Ballito and Shakaskraal), but the Zulu people in the area called it "Dukuza" well before then.
With 215,000 square kilometres (83,000 sq mi), Guyana is the fourth-smallest country on mainland South America after Uruguay, Suriname and French Guiana. The main economic activities in Guyana are agriculture (production of rice and Demerara sugar ), bauxite mining, gold mining, timber, shrimp fishing and minerals.
GPHC is the main teaching hospital in Guyana and serves as both a regional public hospital and as the national referral hospital. [1] Its Seaman's Ward, the oldest section, was constructed in 1838. [2] The hospital is government-run with a capacity of 600 beds, [3] although in 2005 not all were used due to staff shortages. [4]
