William Lee McGinest Jr. (born December 11, 1971) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker for 15 seasons in the National Football League (NFL), primarily with the New England Patriots. He played college football for the USC Trojans and was selected fourth overall by the Patriots in the 1994 NFL draft.
