I would like to add when Viacom took over KMOV in the mid 80s and started pre-empting programs, many cable providers (most that have since been bought out by Charter) just south and east of St. Louis began adding KFVS to the cable lineup, especially with the fact many the home television attena towers could pick up that station down there.
