    I enjoy taking Damiana due to its effect on my libido. It's a general stimulant too. By that I mean taking 2 gel caps with water produces a bit of anxiety in my lower digestive tract. This is not unpleasant! As an herbal tea, Damiana didn't offer me the same benefit. I take Damiana in conjunction with Maca and (perhaps) Yohimbine.
