The current title (Universities and colleges in Hong Kong) doesn't seem quite right. Since many of the VTC institutions are not universities nor colleges, but are still included. I suggest we change this to Higher education institutions in Hong Kong to more accurately cover what this grouping represents. Kdm852 03:08, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
