Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (Vietnamese: Tập đoàn Bưu chính Viễn thông Việt Nam), operating as its initialism VNPT, is a telecommunications company, owned by the Ministry of Finance, and was once the national post office of Vietnam.

Dương Văn Ngộ (Vietnamese: [jɨ̄əŋ vāŋ ŋôwˀ]; 3 March 1930 – 1 August 2023) was a Vietnamese postal worker and polyglot public letter writer known for being the longest-serving and last public letter writer and translator in Vietnam.
As in North Vietnam, post-reunification stamps were partly printed in Vietnam and partly abroad. Domestically printed stamps were printed in Hanoi 1976–1987 and subsequently in Saigon. [ 12 ] During 1983–1990 most stamp issues were printed in Havana , Cuba , [ 13 ] these were of a superior printing quality.
