Siby is a village and rural commune in the Cercle of Kati in the Koulikoro Region of southern Mali. The commune contains 21 villages [ 3 ] and in the 2009 census had a population of 26,632. The village lies 50 km southwest of the capital, Bamako , on the plain to the south of the Monts Mandingues.
