The Mandel Brothers Warehouse Building is a historic warehouse at 3254 N. Halsted Street in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.The Mandel Brothers Department Store, one of the oldest department store companies in Chicago at the time, built the warehouse in 1903 to support its delivery service.

In 2012, Chicago developer Sterling Bay purchased the building for $100 million. Sterling Bay invested tens of millions of dollars into renovating most of the warehouse while simultaneously signing several new leases for the building. In 2015, Sterling Bay sold the building to J.P. Morgan Asset Management for more than $305 million. [1]
The warehouse also connected to the city's railway network, allowing the company to easily ship its goods across the country. Peck and Hills declined significantly during the Great Depression, and it sold its Chicago warehouse facilities in 1942. The warehouse is now one of the few remnants of Goose Island's industrial history. [2]
