The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR), commonly and formerly referred to as simply the Arizona Department of Corrections, is the statutory law enforcement agency responsible for the incarceration of inmates in 13 prisons in the U.S. state of Arizona.
PACER (acronym for Public Access to Court Electronic Records) is an electronic public access service for United States federal court documents. It allows authorized users to obtain case and docket information from the United States district courts , United States courts of appeals , and United States bankruptcy courts .
The District was established on June 20, 1910, pending Arizona statehood on February 14, 1912. [1] The United States Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona represents the United States in civil and criminal litigation in the court. As of November 2021 the United States attorney is Gary M. Restaino. [2]

Since 1852, the department has activated thirty-one prisons across the state. CDCR's history dates back to 1912, when the agency was called California State Detentions Bureau. In 1951 it was renamed California Department of Corrections. In 2004 it was renamed California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
