Kingswood School is a private day and boarding school in Bath, Somerset, England. The school is coeducational and educates over 1,000 pupils aged 9 months to 18 years. It was founded by John Wesley , the founder of Methodism , in 1748, and is the world's oldest Methodist educational institution. [ 1 ]
John Philip Horton (born 11 April 1951) [1] is an English retired rugby union player. Born in St. Helens, Merseyside John grew up in the Windle area of the town and attended the nearby high school, now known as Cowley International College where he started playing both rugby league and rugby union.
David Kipling Denton (born 5 February 1990) is a retired Zimbabwean-born Scottish rugby union player. He played in the back row, but could also play in the second row, and represented Edinburgh in the Pro12, Bath, Worcester Warriors and Leicester Tigers in England, and Scotland internationally.
Born in Pontypool, [1] he was a member of the London Irish academy, in February 2023 they won the under-18 Premiership Rugby title. [2] Kepu attended Caldicott Prep School before going to Harrow School where he captained the first-XV. [3] [4] [5] He made a try scoring debut for the University of Bath playing BUCS Super Rugby in September 2024. [6]
In December 2020, he became the youngest player to make a Rugby Premiership appearance for Bath when he featured as an 18 year-old in a 33-17 victory over Worcester Warriors. [4] The following season he played for Bath in the Premiership Rugby Cup but also suffered a knee injury that ruled him out of action. [ 6 ]
He came through the academy at Bath Rugby and was included as part of the first team squad for the 2021–22 season. [5] [6] He made his Premiership Rugby debut in March 2021 for Bath against Newcastle Falcons. [7] He made his debut in the European Champions Cup against Leinster Rugby on 11 December 2021. [8]

Butt started training regularly with the senior Bath squad in the summer of 2021. [4] He made his Rugby Premiership debut in December 2021 against Northampton Saints at Franklin's Gardens . [ 5 ] On 11 November, 2022 Butt scored a last minute try to secure for Bath a 19-18 win over Leicester Tigers at The Rec .
