The 2023–24 Chicago State Cougars women's basketball team represented Chicago State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.The Cougars, who were led by second-year head coach Andrea Williams, played their home games at the Emil and Patricia Jones Convocation Center in Chicago, Illinois and competed as an independent with no conference affiliation.
Chicago State began play in 1966, beginning Division I play in 1984. They have an all-time record (as of the end of the 2015–16 season) of 234–670, with one postseason appearance in program history, the 2011 Women's Basketball Invitational .
The Spiders finished the 2023–24 season with a record of 29–6, 16–2 in A-10 play, to win the outright regular-season championship.
