William Blaine Luetkemeyer (/ ˈ l uː t k ə m aɪ. ər / LOOT-kə-my-ər; born May 7, 1952) is an American politician who served as the U.S. representative for Missouri's 3rd congressional district from 2013 to 2025. He previously represented Missouri's 9th congressional district from 2009 to 2013.
