This template is included in many North Korea related articles, where it may seem confusing. It is also problematic WP:POV to imply that South Korea is the 'default' Korea. Portal:Korea already uses File:Korea Map.svg (a modified version of File:Unification flag of Korea.svg), for what I assume are similar concerns.
