After countless of hours of trying to solve this, and deleting riot games league/valorant folders, deleting riot games client folder, deleting the dll (this did not work), I found a fix for me. Go to c:\ProgramData and delete the Riot Games folder there. Install either league of legends or valorant’s installer and it should work now.
