Enad_1. •. True but the guide wasn't for easiest factions or necessarily for beginners. Iceni does have a great starting position but I find their unit roster (even modded) to be lacking. Faction Tier List (UNIT ROSTERS ONLY) Starting position, wealth, etc. not considered, only unit rosters. Just my opinion. Tier 1 (Best): All Roman factions, Egypt, Seleucid Empire. Tier 2 (Elite): Carthage, Pontus, Armenia, Germania, Macedon. Tier 3 (Decent): Parthia, Scythia, Greek Cities, Gaul, Brittania. Tier 4 (weak): Dacia, Thrace.
