Background: Bought my 2010 TT on February 1 in Nashville, TN. It is our 3rd car (and 2nd FJ) and we are deliberately trying to keep the miles low on it.
Swung by Beaman Toyota downtown Nashville today. They've got a TT on the lot that just came in. It's a 6spd. Options include: roof rack, trailer hitch, hood protector, XM, passenger arm rest, and a few other things. $33,050 IIRC. I just picked up a 2008 SF from Beaman about a week ago.

The fix to restore function for the high beam dash indicator costs a couple of pennies and takes less than 5 minutes. Use a 1,000 ohm 1/4 watt resistor, cut the leads to about 3/4" long. Remove headlight plug on right (pax side) LED bulb. Install the resister as shown in photo.
I shipped my FJ from Austin to Atlanta in June 2024. Fuller Moto has been busy with engineering the frame and fitment so far. I wanted to share pictures of the build as it progresses for the die-hard FJ Cruiser fans. One of the "no exceptions" on the list was to have a Toyota engine.
That confirmed that the bulb was the problem. Put in a new bulb and the problem is fixed. Along the way, I cleaned up the connections in the sockets and wiped the bulbs off with a clean rag. I think you have to push the "setup" button, lower right on the radio, and scroll to "System Settings" and select "Reset Settings". Army Green 2011 FJ.

So many FJs that I see have a deteriorated antenna grommet even though it is easy to replace. In the video he used a 7mm wrench (held backwards) to remove the antenna. The passenger side is seeping just a tiny bit and they recommended a CV boot kit. The driver's side had quite a bit more grease leak out of the CV shaft ...
