Spaatz, who was the first Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force and the second National Commander of Civil Air Patrol. Only 0.5% of cadets will ever achieve this award.
The grade of Cadet Major (C/Maj) [1][2][3] is the fourth cadet officer grade of the Civil Air Patrol cadet program. The grade has no corresponding ribbon. There are three achievements with this rank.
