Malachi 4:5-6 offers an intriguing prophecy: “See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that great and dreadful day of the Lord comes. What does Malachi 4:5 mean? Malachi chapter 4 describes an impending judgment from God. This will occur on "the day" of ultimate reckoning.
