I mean, the more widely-used spelling (and I think the spelling used in the original Percy Jackson series, when she's briefly mentioned) is Gaia, which is definitely pronounced "Guy-uh" or "Guy-ah". Not sure why Rick switched to using Gaea as the spelling, but I imagine it's the same pronunciation.
