    I had the same exact issue, I haven't been paid in 2 weeks. And all of a sudden it was showing that I had an unresolved issue. So I called on Friday (and I was SHOCKED to get through). The woman I spoke to said that it was a problem on their end and that I had no issues with my account. And she said I'd have my payment within 72 hours.

    After 5 weeks of filing and getting rejected for “unresolved issues” on my account, I was finally able to get them fixed and got back pay for every week filed. (Issues were “PTO” and “Available for full time work”) I finally got through to someone over the phone and within 10 minutes she pushed my claims through.
